Return Window
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return

Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Subject to stock availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, socks, and sale items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
